Choice and control that means something

You choose who walks through your door

Quad Care started because our own family felt what it’s like to have no say in who provides your care. So we built the opposite: workers matched to your needs, interests and personality, introduced before anything begins.

Frequently asked questions

Before you pick up the phone

No. Most of our participants are NDIS funded, but we also support people on Home Care Packages and privately, including anyone who needs help with daily life but isn’t eligible for the NDIS.

Yes. It’s the reason Quad Care exists. We shortlist workers who match your needs and personality, you meet them first, and nothing starts until you say yes. If it stops feeling right later, one call to the team fixes it.

Personal care and hygiene, meals, housekeeping, laundry, gardening, transfers, medication, appointments, shopping and community outings, through to complex care like PEG feeding, catheter and bowel care. If it’s part of daily life, ask.

Trained, competency-assessed staff working to your individual support plan and the NDIS high intensity standards, with your own health professionals kept in the loop.

Yes. Rosters run up to 24/7 including overnights and weekends, with on-call backup around the clock. Our Woodford team is in Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Just call. We’ll talk through their needs and preferences, then set up a relaxed meet & greet with them, at the Hub or at home. Support coordinators and families do this with us every week.

Woodford and the wider Moreton Bay region, the Somerset, the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane North. If you’re not sure we reach you, call the front desk and ask.

Yes. Our OTs, physios, speech pathologists and exercise physiologists work out of the same hub as our support team, so therapy and everyday support can sit with one provider.
