In SIL, the support matters as much as the house. Ours comes with a small, steady team and a house you’d choose.
Rostered support around the clock, including active and sleepover nights, at the ratio your plan sets.
Showers, meals, medication, laundry and the housework, done with you rather than for you.
Cooking, budgeting, transport, keeping a room, keeping a job. Skills built one at a time.
Out to town, the bowls club, the hub, the footy. Support starts in the home, relationships grow in the community.
PEG, catheter and bowel care and mealtime management inside the home, by staff trained and assessed for it.
We match on age, interests and lifestyle, and you meet before anyone moves in.
One minute with the team who run our SIL homes, on why applying for a SIL house doesn’t have to be hard.

SIL is NDIS-funded support for people who need help at home every day, usually living in a shared house with other participants. It covers the support, while rent is paid separately: personal care, meals, medication, skills, and getting out into the community.
NDIS participants with significant daily support needs, where SIL is a reasonable and necessary support in their plan. If it isn’t in your plan yet, an OT functional assessment and a housing report are how the case gets made, and our OTs write them.

Carefully. We match on age, interests and lifestyle, everyone meets before anyone moves in, and a trial stay is normal. A house only works when the people in it get along.
Yes. We’re NDIS registered for high intensity supports, so PEG feeding, catheter and bowel care and mealtime management can all happen inside the home, by staff trained and assessed for them.
The support is funded by your NDIS plan. Rent, food, bills and personal spending are yours, as in any home. We help you set up a budget so nothing comes as a surprise.
