A modern single-storey house on a quiet court five minutes from Woodford: four bedrooms, a big open living area and a covered patio out the back. Three residents share a small, consistent support team around the clock.

SIL in the plan, a real home near family rather than a facility.
A shared kitchen and living room, and a bedroom with the door shut when you want it.
High intensity supports delivered in the home, by staff trained and assessed for it.
A new single-storey home in Woodford itself, minutes from the hub, the gym and the pool: three bedrooms including a master with ensuite and walk-in robe, an island kitchen and open-plan living, a covered patio and a fenced yard. Set up for one-to-one support around the clock, with clinical oversight.

For people whose plan funds a 1:1 ratio and who want to live in a real house.
A brand new build with your own furniture, your own routines and a yard for the dog, if the house agrees.
Close enough for dinner visits, school runs and the Saturday markets.
Nothing is signed on a first visit. You see the house, meet the people, and decide in your own time.
Tell us who you are, what your plan says and what kind of home you’re after. We say plainly what we have and what is coming up.
See the house, meet the housemates and the team. A trial stay if you want one. Nothing is signed on a first visit.

Supported Independent Living is funded from your Core budget as a SIL package, based on the ratio in your plan.
Not in your plan yet? An OT functional assessment and a housing report build the case. Our OTs write them.
Rent, food and bills are paid by you, as in any home. We help you budget for them.

The ratio is how many residents share a support worker. 3:1 means three residents sharing one worker on shift, with one-to-one time where a plan funds it. 1:1 means a worker for one resident, around the clock.
That’s decided carefully and with you. We match on age, interests and lifestyle, you meet the housemates first, and a trial stay is normal.
Your room is yours to set up. Pets are decided house by house with the other residents, so ask, and we’ll talk it through.
Minutes. The hub at 50 Archer St, Woodford has the allied health clinic, the gym and the 38-degree pool, and our vans run there daily.
Support is funded through SIL in your NDIS Core budget, at the ratio your plan sets. Rent, food and bills are paid by you, as in any home, and we help you budget for them. Not in your plan yet? Our OTs write the functional assessment and housing report that build the case.
