How Quad Care works with Support Coordinators

You should never have to chase us for an update

You carry the plan, the budget and the family’s expectations. Our job is to make this part of your caseload quiet.

01

One dedicated Quad Care contact

A direct mobile and email, not a shared inbox. The same person from first enquiry onwards.

02

A clear answer on suitability and capacity

If we can’t staff a participant safely, we say so upfront, with a pointer to someone who can.

03

Updates you can share

Progress notes written to be forwarded to the broader care team, with evidence packaged before plan reassessment.

04

Same-day communication

Incidents, hospital admissions and significant changes in presentation reach you the day they happen.

One care team, not another silo
We work alongside you and the participant's existing care team, keeping you informed at the points you agree.

Hear from our Founder

“Coordinators trust us with their hardest calls. We take that seriously.”

I started Quad Care in Woodford because families out here were being told they were too far, too complex, or too hard to staff. Nearly a decade on, the answer is still the same: if we say yes, we staff it properly, and you’ll always know where things stand.

Frequently asked questions

The questions coordinators ask us

Support usually starts within one to two weeks of the meet and greet. Allied health varies by discipline; the availability strip near the top of the page is reviewed fortnightly.

All three. As a registered provider we invoice the agency directly, priced to the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

Often yes. Tell us why it ended. Staffing or clinical complexity we usually can; unmanaged risk needs a plan in place first.

Yes. We work alongside another provider’s workers, or deliver supports while the participant keeps their existing therapists.

The relevant budget lines, the roster you have in mind, and any risk or mealtime plans. Half of that is enough to start the conversation.

Monthly progress notes as standard, incidents the same day, and a reassessment pack before plan review. More often if you want it.

Client enquiry

Two ways to start

Ready to enquire

Complete the client enquiry form. Only the essentials, enough for us to come back with a clear answer.
