Speech Pathology

Our dedicated team is passionate about helping you achieve success in communication and swallowing. During therapy sessions, our experienced Speech Pathologists utilise a combination of techniques, including exercises, activities, to assist to develop speech, language, and swallow. 

We foster a supportive and encouraging environment where our clients can feel safe, comfortable and confident in their journey towards improved communication skills.

Occupational Therapy

Welcome to our rural occupational therapy services! We are thrilled to provide top-notch support to the people of Woodford and surrounds. Our team of experienced and compassionate occupational therapists are dedicated to helping you enhance your everyday life and achieve your goals.

Whether you or your loved one are experiencing physical, cognitive, sensory, or emotional challenges, our skilled occupational therapists are here to guide you on your journey towards improved independence and a better quality of life.

We then collaborate with you to develop personalized treatment plans that target specific goals and enhance your overall ability to engage in meaningful activities.

Exercise Physiology

We provide various physical activities centred around the participant’s abilities and needs. Exercise Physiology includes functional fitness plans that will directly relate to the progression of an individual’s development of everyday tasks. Sessions can either be group or individual (1:1) based circuits that include cardio, mobility, strength and balance training. The Quad Care Hub also offers hydrotherapy which involves exercises performed in our heated saltwater pool.

Quad Care’s Exercise Physiologists also have a strong understanding of fall management and prevention and rehabilitation. Our Exercise Physiologists will provide a unique, individualised support program that is fun, creative and authentic so clients will enjoy the sessions while also working towards fulfilling their goals.

Nursing

Our Registered Nurse, is also our director. Dani has a special intrest and love for working with people with Spinal Cord Injury. From catheter changes to pressure area care and prevention. We can also assist with Continence Plans!
