One of our key strengths of hydrotherapy is the ability to be tailored to individual needs. Our experienced exercise physiologist work closely with participants, designing personalised programs that address specific challenges and goals.
We’ve invested in hydrotherapy facilities that prioritize accessibility. Our ramps, lifts, and specially designed pools make it easy for individuals with mobility challenges to access the water comfortably. We believe in breaking down barriers and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

I feel keeping an open record about this trip might be good for our souls and others, so let’s do it. Maybe one it and try something similar…. hopefully without the broken neck.
One of the hardest things to absorb has been being a complete spectacle. Not only is Zac a young man in a electric chair, he has kids, and a young partner, and we are travelling.. around Australia. We have been preparing ourselves for two years. But in just a second that is so much for people to take in, they need time to gawk and first person they’ve seen doing such a thing, they are the hundredth person who has stared at us, that day.
I can’t deny the obvious encroaches on your relationship that it forces though.
Up close and personal all the time, little space, not enough time etc that would happen to anyone. One of the biggest things to remember with this injury is that people argue in every relationship regardless of whether either of you is living with a disability, or you’re travelling Australia…. With a three year old.
