Your new team…

Quad Care specialises in community support services in the Moreton Bay Region (from Burpengary to Woodford). We deliver quality services to our clients in their homes, from our clinic and in the community. It’s important to us that each client gets the support they need to reach their goals and live their best lives, on their terms.

We’ve recently expanded to include allied health, and we’re excited about the difference this multidisciplinary approach is making to our clients.

We’re setting the standards for quality care and what people should expect and receive from their NDIS support providers, working toward best practices and being leaders in our community.

Core values you can expect are that we’re client-centred, compassionate, unique, diverse, and innovative approach. Plus, we’re friendly and supportive!

The opportunity…

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join the team. You’ll share our values and bring a drive to achieve results, a flexible can-do approach and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve optimal client outcomes.

We’re offering considerable flexibility for the right person, including part-time and full-time options and a hybrid arrangement, potentially blending in-person and telehealth supports where clinically appropriate.

Your role will include:

  • Functional and clinical assessments, developing and monitoring functional skill development programs and therapeutic interventions.
  • Working in musculoskeletal and spinal cord injuries, chronic and acute injury and rehabilitation, falls, balance and strength training, and pain management.
  • Developing interventions tailored to each client’s functional performance needs, including objective assessment outcome measures, equipment assessment, prescription and education, and pain education.
  • Create hydrotherapy and gym-based sessions to support rehabilitation, exercise, and relaxation.
  • Providing education to everyone involved in your client’s support system.

You’ll receive all the support you need to provide the high-quality and efficient service and care you strive for and extend your skills, experience and knowledge.

Quad Care has a genuine and team-focused approach. We collaborate, support one another, and strive to provide excellent service to all clients and stakeholders. We’re passionate and dedicated, and you’ll have the opportunity to work, live and provide invaluable support to people in a beautiful regional community. Additionally, you’ll have lots of opportunities for personal and professional development and satisfaction.

About you…

To launch successfully into this role, you’ll have:

  • 3+ years of physiotherapy practice, including experience working in the community and providing supports and services under the NDIS.
  • Current AHPRA/Physiotherapy Board of Australia registration.
  • Professional indemnity insurance.
  • A current driver’s licence and your own transport.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail.

Experience with equipment prescription is desirable but not essential.

We’re passionate about supporting our team members’ professional and personal growth. So, we’re also looking for a willingness and drive to learn and grow, plus to contribute your knowledge and skills to the rest of the team.

There’s lots on offer, including…

  • Flexibility and work/life balance.
  • The opportunity to extend your clinical knowledge and skills in a supportive and dynamic multidisciplinary environment.
  • A positive and supportive work culture with regular employee recognition and rewards and quarterly team-building activities.
  • Excellent remuneration, including a sign-on bonus and relocation expense allocation (for applicable candidates).
