Quad Care is based in Woodford on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We focus delivering care in rural communities and understand the importance of tailored care in rural areas.
Quad Care offers support for you to access the community when you need. Whether you need support with grocery shopping, need to attend a medical appointment, or a day trip somewhere a little further, we can help make it happen!
Our experienced NDIS multi-disciplinary team of allied health clinicians will work alongside you to develop a personalised Therapy Plan to achieve your goals. Including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology. We even have a hydrotherapy pool!
Reach out to our friendly team by phone or email to organise a meet & greet with our Service Manager. We are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
We organise an initial meet and greet to gain a deeper undertsanding of your needs. These initial appointments can be done at the Woodford Hub over a cup of coffee or in your home! Whatever works for you!
